Terms of Service

The rules for buying and using One Click Order Pro. Written in plain English, because you should be able to read them once and know exactly what you are agreeing to.

In short

  • We sell a WordPress plugin. There is a free version and a paid Pro version.
  • Pro is sold by the day — you choose how many days you need, and you pay $1 per day (minimum 5 days).
  • When your days finish, Pro stops. Nothing renews automatically and we never charge you again on our own.
  • You get the download by email straight after payment, and you can ask for a refund under our Refund Policy.
  • We are a real, named business you can email any time: help@oneclickorderpro.com.

1. Who we are

This website and the software sold on it are operated by Muhammad Abbas, a sole proprietor based in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan, trading as “One Click Order”.

In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that business. “You” means the person or the company that buys or uses our software. Our full contact details are at the bottom of this page.

2. The words we use

Plugin
Our WordPress plugin “One Click Order”, in either its free or its Pro version.
Free version
The version published on the WordPress.org plugin directory. It is free, it has no time limit, and you may keep using it for as long as you like.
Pro / Pro version
One Click Order Pro — the paid version, with the extra features listed on our website.
Licence period
The number of days you paid for. This is the period during which your Pro licence is valid.
Services
This website, the Plugin, the downloads, the updates and the support we provide — all together.
Order
A single purchase you make through our checkout.

3. Agreeing to these Terms

By buying, downloading, installing or using the Services you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not buy or use the Services.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you are buying for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms on that company's behalf, and “you” then means that company.

These Terms are written in English. If they are translated, and the versions disagree, the English version applies.

4. What we sell

We sell downloadable software only. Specifically, we sell a WordPress plugin that adds a one-click / skip-the-cart order form to a WooCommerce store, so a shopper can order without going through the normal multi-step checkout.

There are two versions:

  • Free — published on WordPress.org. No payment, no time limit, no account needed. It includes the core order form, customisable fields, a quantity picker, order logging and the WhatsApp button on the thank-you page.
  • Pro — paid. It adds the features shown in the comparison table on our home page, such as sticky and floating buttons, manual payment / cash-on-delivery support, order status changes, the analytics dashboard, CSV and PDF export, order filtering and full colour control.

We do not sell services

We sell software you download and install yourself. We do not sell consulting, custom development, installation work, site management or any other service delivered by a person. Support (see below) is help with our own product and is included — it is not a separate paid service, and it is not a guarantee that we will do work on your website.

We do not sell physical goods, so nothing is ever shipped to you and there are no delivery charges.

5. Your licence and how long it lasts

Pro is licensed by the day. You choose how many days you need at checkout and pay $1 for each day. The smallest order we accept is 5 days ($5.00) and the largest is 1000 days ($1,000.00). Part days are allowed, up to two decimal places.

Your licence period starts on the day we take your payment and runs for the number of days you bought. While it is running, and for one website unless your order says otherwise, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

  • install and use the Pro version on your own WordPress site;
  • download the Pro files from the link we send you;
  • receive any updates we release during that period; and
  • receive support from us for the Pro version.

What happens when your days finish

When your licence period ends, your Pro licence ends with it. Your permission to use the Pro version, to download it again, to receive updates and to receive Pro support all stop on that day. To carry on, buy more days.

Ending a Pro licence never touches your data. Your WooCommerce orders, your products and your settings stay in your own WordPress database exactly as they are — they belong to you, not to us. You can also keep using the free version for as long as you want, with no time limit.

The licence is granted to you. You may not sell it, rent it, sub-license it, share it or pass it to anyone else, and you may not use one licence to cover websites that are not yours.

6. Open-source code and what is not open source

WordPress plugins are built on open-source software, and we respect that. The PHP source code of our Plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPL-2.0-or-later), and you have all the freedoms that licence gives you over that code.

Parts of the product are not covered by the GPL and stay ours: our images, logos, brand name, fonts, stylesheets, JavaScript, documentation, website content and the design of our order forms. Those are licensed to you only for the licence period, and only for the use described above.

What you pay for is the licence period itself — the right to use the Pro build we supply, and to receive downloads, updates and support from us during that time. Nothing in the GPL requires us to give you downloads, updates or support after your period ends, and we do not.

7. Prices, currency and taxes

All prices on this website are shown and charged in USD (US Dollars). The price you see on the checkout page before you confirm is the price we ask your payment provider to charge.

  • Taxes. Depending on where you live, sales tax, VAT or GST may be added at checkout, or may be collected by the payment provider that handles your order. Any such tax is shown before you pay.
  • Bank and currency charges. If your card or bank account is not in US Dollars, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may add its own fee. We do not receive that money and we cannot refund it.
  • Price changes. We can change our prices at any time. A change never affects an order you have already paid for.
  • Mistakes. If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full instead of supplying at that price. We will tell you if this happens.

8. Payment and payment providers

We do not process card payments ourselves and we never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by authorised third-party payment providers, who are responsible for the security of the payment itself. The provider handling your order is named on the payment page, and its name — or ours — may appear on your card or bank statement.

By placing an order you:

  • confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you have chosen;
  • authorise the provider to charge the total amount shown at checkout; and
  • confirm that the billing details you enter are correct and complete.

Your order is accepted when the payment is successfully captured and we send you your download. If a payment fails, is reversed or is later found to be fraudulent, the related licence stops being valid.

We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if we suspect fraud, if the order breaks these Terms, if the product cannot legally be supplied to your country, or if there was a pricing error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

9. Delivery of your purchase

Delivery is electronic and immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed, we send the download to the email address you used at checkout. Nothing is posted to you and there is no shipping cost or waiting time.

  • Your download link stays valid for 72 hours. Please download and keep a copy of the file.
  • If the link expires, or the email never arrives, email us at help@oneclickorderpro.com and we will send it again free of charge.
  • Check your spam or promotions folder first — that is where a missing email usually is.

Not delivered? Talk to us first

If anything at all goes wrong with delivery, one email fixes it. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank — we answer within 2 business days and we would much rather solve it directly.

You need a working WordPress website with WooCommerce installed to use the Plugin. Providing that website, its hosting and its backups is your responsibility, not ours.

10. No automatic renewal

Every purchase is a one-time payment

We do not run subscriptions. We do not store your card to charge it later. Nothing renews by itself, so there is no subscription for you to find and cancel, and you can never be charged again unless you come back and place a completely new order yourself.

When your days are close to finishing you may buy more days at the price shown on our website at that time. You are never obliged to.

11. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason, and for licences shorter than 14 days you can ask at any time before your days finish. Please read the full policy for the details and the few exceptions.

If you live somewhere that gives you a legal right to cancel a purchase, that right applies on top of this and nothing here takes it away.

12. Support

Support is by email at help@oneclickorderpro.com, and through the contact form on our website. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Support is provided in English.

Support covers: installing and setting up the Plugin, understanding its features, and fixing faults in the Plugin itself.

Support does not cover:

  • custom development, custom code or design work on your site;
  • problems caused by other plugins, by your theme, or by your hosting;
  • fixing a WordPress installation that was already broken;
  • versions of the Plugin that are out of date, or WordPress or WooCommerce versions we no longer support;
  • code you or someone else has modified.

We may decline support to anyone who is abusive to us. That is the only reason we ever would.

13. Updates and changes to the plugin

We improve the Plugin over time. During your licence period you get every update we release, at no extra cost.

We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop supporting old versions of WordPress, WooCommerce or PHP. We will not deliberately remove a major feature you paid for during your licence period without telling you first. If we ever stop selling or supporting the product completely, we will tell buyers with a valid licence by email.

You are responsible for keeping a backup of your website before you install or update any plugin, including ours.

14. Your responsibilities as a store owner

Our Plugin runs on your website and collects orders from your customers. That makes some things your responsibility, not ours:

  • Your customers' data belongs to you. Names, phone numbers, addresses and orders collected by the order form are stored in your own WordPress database, on your own hosting. You are the data controller for that information, and you must handle it lawfully.
  • Your own legal pages. Your store needs its own privacy policy, terms and refund rules for your shoppers. Ours cover our relationship with you — they do not cover your relationship with your customers.
  • Your own compliance. Consumer law, tax, data-protection law and cash-on-delivery rules in your country are yours to follow.
  • Your site. Backups, security, updates and hosting are yours to manage.

15. Things you must not do

You agree not to:

  • resell, redistribute, rent or share the Pro files or a download link, whether or not you charge for it;
  • use the Pro version after your licence period has finished;
  • remove or hide our copyright notices or branding from files that are not GPL;
  • use the Plugin to sell anything illegal where you are, or anything a payment provider prohibits — including stolen goods, counterfeit products, illegal drugs, weapons, or content that sexually exploits anyone;
  • use the Plugin to take payments you do not intend to honour, or to run any kind of fraud or deceptive scheme;
  • use the order form to collect data you have no right to collect, or to send unlawful marketing;
  • attack, overload, scan or try to break into our website, our email or our download system;
  • use automated tools to scrape our site, or try to get around a limit, licence check or payment step;
  • claim you wrote the Plugin, or present it as your own product.

Breaking these rules ends your licence immediately, with no refund, and we may report serious cases to the relevant authorities or to the payment provider involved.

16. Third-party services and trademarks

The Plugin works with WordPress and WooCommerce, and its features can connect to services such as WhatsApp. Our website links to WordPress.org, YouTube, Facebook and our payment providers.

We are an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or partnered with WordPress, Automattic, WooCommerce, WhatsApp, Meta, Google, YouTube, our payment providers, or any other company named on our site. Their names and logos belong to them and are used only to describe what our product works with.

Those services have their own terms and their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they behave, for changes they make, or for anything you agree with them directly.

17. Our intellectual property

Except for the GPL-licensed PHP code described above, everything we make stays ours: the “One Click Order” name, our logo, our website design and content, our images, our documentation and our videos. You get a licence to use the product — you do not get ownership of it.

If you send us feedback or a feature idea, thank you — and we may use it to improve the product without owing you anything for it. If you believe something on our site infringes your copyright, email us and we will look into it promptly.

18. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please email us before your bank

Almost every payment problem — a charge you do not recognise, a download that did not arrive, a feature that did not work — is fixed in one email. We answer within 2 business days and we give refunds under a clear policy, so you have nothing to lose by asking us first.

If you raise a chargeback or a payment dispute without contacting us first, we may suspend or end the licence linked to that payment while the dispute is open, and we will give the payment provider the records of your order, the delivery and any messages between us.

Filing a chargeback for a purchase you did receive and did use is fraud. Where that happens, we may end all your licences without refund and refuse future orders.

19. Suspending or ending a licence

You may stop using the Services at any time — just delete the Plugin from your site.

We may suspend or end your licence if:

  • you break these Terms, especially section 15 (“Things you must not do”);
  • your payment fails, is reversed or is charged back;
  • we are required to by law or by a payment provider; or
  • we reasonably believe your use puts other people or our business at risk.

Where it is fair to do so we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we end your licence for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of your licence period.

When a licence ends, sections about intellectual property, liability, indemnity and governing law continue to apply.

20. No warranty

We work hard to make the Plugin reliable, and we test it before every release. Even so, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that the Plugin will be free of every bug, that it will work with every theme, plugin, host or WordPress version, that it will never be interrupted, or that it will produce any particular increase in your sales.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

The free version lets you test the core product on your own site, with your own theme and hosting, before you pay anything. We strongly recommend doing that.

Nothing here excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded, or any consumer rights you have that cannot be contracted out of.

21. Limit of our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for:

  • lost profits, lost sales, lost business, lost goodwill or lost opportunity;
  • lost or corrupted data, or the cost of restoring it;
  • website downtime, or the cost of another developer's time; or
  • any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss,

even if we were told such loss was possible.

Our total liability to you, for all claims taken together, is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.

This limit is a fair reflection of what you pay us. Our product costs a few dollars — we could not sell it at that price and also carry unlimited risk for what happens on your website.

22. Indemnity

You agree to cover us against any claim, loss, damage or reasonable legal cost that comes from your use of the Services in breach of these Terms, from what you sell through the order form, from how you handle your own customers' data, or from your breaking any law. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you take part in handling it.

23. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by things we cannot reasonably control — internet or hosting outages, failures at a payment provider or email provider, cyber-attacks, power cuts, natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes or acts of government. If such an event lasts a long time, either of us may end the agreement, and we will refund the unused part of your licence period.

24. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms — for example when we add a feature, change how we sell, or when the law changes. The version on this page is always the current one, and the effective date and version number are shown at the top.

Changes are not retrospective: the version in force on the day you bought is the version that governs that purchase. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated Terms for anything you buy or do after that date.

25. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Multan, Punjab, Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute — without taking away any protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

Let us try to sort it out first

Before starting any formal claim, please email us at help@oneclickorderpro.com with the details. We promise to look at it properly and to work with you in good faith for 30 days to find a fair solution. Nearly everything is solved at this step.

26. General

  • Whole agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Services.
  • If part fails. If any part is found to be invalid, the rest stays in force and that part is treated as narrowed to the smallest change needed to make it valid.
  • Not enforcing is not giving up. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • Transfer. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written agreement. We may transfer ours if our business is sold, as long as your rights are not reduced.
  • No partnership. Nothing here makes either of us the other's agent, partner or employee.
  • Nobody else. Only you and we can enforce these Terms; no third party can.
  • Headings. Section titles are there to help you read — they do not change the meaning.
